"We moved here four years ago and stayed with State Farm because we had such a great history with them in New York. Unfortunately, our experience with the John Peters agency has been nothing short of frustrating. For four years, we dealt with constant issues — incorrect addresses on policies, spelling of names wrong, problems updating new cars, selling one home and buying another and still having the address wrong, and even issues with our son’s car at college… all because, unbelievably, they still couldn’t get the address correct. Over and over again. Calling or emailing rarely resulted in responses, and when someone did respond, problems were never fixed correctly the first (or second… or third) time. After four years, we finally had enough and switched agents. The difference was immediate — our new agent picked up the phone, fixed everything correctly on the first try, and resolved every issue that had dragged on for years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office. Insurance is stressful enough — your agent shouldn’t make it harder."

"I had to change my old email to a new Google email at State Farm office. On my way there I started to think problems would arise. Boy was I wrong when Debi opened the door for me.
