John peters State Farm insurance Agency made it simple and easy. Dealing with David Gans and Debbie Diana Was a blessing. Later adding an insurance policy for our car again was a streamline addition to our portfolio. "This started off decent but has gone down fast- I changed agencies - to this one- I was always on auto They apparently had not kept it at that and got a huge bill- they keep raising prices - to where I check with all my friends and they pay half of what I pay for a lot nicer cars - and yes in Florida -every month has been another situation - I finally went in in person as this online crap they were not getting right- I went in in person- I wanted NO more excuses - I said let’s bring it current - and that I want to sign an actual document in person so it cannot be said I never sent it in - to which I have a copy - 12-9-24- my insurance is $445 for a Corolla lol which is already a ridiculous amount of money and then the bill I got today was for $646- I called and They said I’m in arrears - is this a JOKE- so Cindy has not been doing what’s Cindy’s supposed be doing - So - this needs to be rectified - Im on auto - I went in in person so nothing online can be accused of not doing So I don’t know what else to do- I do find this service next to nil and beyond disappointing not to mention I have high blood pressure and this is def not helping -"

"I have cancelled my policy that I’ve had over 20 so years! It was going up and up in price every year so finally I said enough! So I called to cancel and they don’t even look to see if there is something they can do better to try to keep me or even say thank you for all your years you have been with us !! Nothing! They could care less ! I should have cancelled a long time ago!! I’m with a way better company now !!"

"We had a confusing and convoluted insurance needs. With 5 vehicles and 4 drivers of various ages we had been quoted rates from other agencies that would have been difficult to manage with monopoly money-Ha! "I’m frustrated communication is not the best. Last week I updated a bunch of household information and cancelled a policy, this week I called and apparently nothing had been entered in the system. Then I called back and they took my name & number saying someone would call me back in a few minutes, at 4 pm on a Friday no one ever called so now I have to wait until Monday."
